Hi, my name is Roman Efimov.
I'm the creator of Sonata Framework.
I'm a software engineer at Doejo,
the best web/media agency in Chicago.

I'm passionate about PHP and new technologies. I started
working on the Sonata Framework just as a hobby back in May 2010
in the pursuit of a framework that would meet all my
needs and would be beneficial for the company I work for.

Sonata is a PHP5 framework, best for developing Web 2.0
web apps, it's free and opensource.

The Cocoa/UIKit framework by Apple Inc. was chosen as an inspiration for Sonata. So, if you're a Mac/iPhone developer you'll love this framework! However, it doesn't mean that it's only for Mac developers. Basically, it's for everyone who's in love with objects and clean, well-structured beautiful code.
